Reunification Day, Suitcase Dreams

What a great feeling to go home after months of being ins foster care, this sibling group went home yesterday, and look there were no trash bags, each sibling had a personal bag for their belongings. While this does not happen for everyone who is in foster care, most youth transition out of foster care, and left to figure things out on their own.
