Whatcha Lookin for?

Did you all watch Kirk Franklin's Documentary on youtube? Did you know Uncle Kirk. the man we all grew up listening to. was adopted. I wanted to share with you, some of the things he said, that made me love him even more. One he has is Therapist on speed dial and not ashamed to say he has a therapist. Like some of us who has experienced abandonment or neglect. Maybe you were not adopted. But you know what it feels like to not be wanted by your parent. It is not easy to deal with. Somehow we rise from the concrete. One of the things Uncle Kirk said that stuck with me, is "I do what I do. because I don't want to be forgotten" That's something to really think about.
